Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations:

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit payment as specified by the resort.
• Reservations are considered final only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Venkatessh Puram Resort.
• Full payment must be made prior to check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will forfeit the entire deposit.
• No-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is from12 noon onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Accommodation:

• Guests are required to provide valid identification at check-in.
• The resort offers a variety of accommodations including independent units and suites. Room assignments are subject to availability.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

5. Payment:

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card. The resort accepts major credit cards.
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests or special requests.

6. Food and Beverage:

• The resort operates a pure vegetarian restaurant. Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and other prohibited items are not allowed on the premises.
• Special dietary requests, including Jain food, can be accommodated with prior notice.
• Guests are not permitted access to the kitchen. All meals are prepared by the resort’s kitchen team.

7. Special Events:

• For special occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events, arrangements for decor, entertainment, and other services can be made. Please inform us at the time of booking to ensure availability.
• Additional charges may apply for event services and arrangements.

8. Electricity and Utilities:

• Electricity is generally stable, with backup systems in place during outages. In the event of a power failure, the resort provides inverter backup for essential services and a generator for emergencies.
• Guests are encouraged to use air conditioning responsibly to ensure efficient power usage.

9. Swimming Pool:

• The swimming pool is available for guest use. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The pool area includes sections for both children (2 feet) and adults (4 feet). Please adhere to pool safety guidelines.

10. Activities and Facilities:

• A range of activities is available, including cricket, football, badminton, carrom, card games, poker, darts, and board games.
• The resort provides access to common areas such as the swimming pool, kids’ play area, and activity room.

11. Safety and Conduct:

• Guests are expected to adhere to all resort rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

12. Liability:

• Venkatessh Puram Resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
• Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during their stay.
