Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through our online payment system.
• Guests will receive a booking confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp after the payment is completed.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be provided subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:

• Cancellation 7 days or more before the check-in date:100% Refund
• Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date:50% Refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days before the check-in date:No Refund

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
• Refunds are generally processed within 15–20 business days after cancellation approval.
• The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Booking Modifications

Requests to change the booking date or room type are subject to room availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.

6. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.

7. Resort Cancellation

In rare circumstances where Venkatessh Puram Resort is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unavoidable reasons, guests will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• An option to reschedule the booking (subject to availability).
