1. Booking Confirmation

• All room bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation from Venkatessh Puram Resort.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information while making a reservation.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

4. Payment Terms

• Full or advance payment (as applicable) is required to confirm your booking.
• Payments are processed securely through our authorized online payment gateway.
• Venkatessh Puram Resort does not store your card or banking details.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Current cancellation policy:

• 7 days or more before check-in: 100% Refund
• 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% Refund
• Less than 3 days before check-in: No Refund

6. Booking Modifications

Requests to modify booking dates, room type, or guest details are subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Venkatessh Puram Resort unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of website content is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, Venkatessh Puram Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
